I am Michele Kamguia — a self-taught home cook, passionate pastry creator, and lover of exotic flavors. My journey in the kitchen started as a young girl watching my grandmother transform simple ingredients into extraordinary meals.

What started as curiosity became an obsession. I studied French pastry techniques, explored the depth of African and Asian spice profiles, and taught myself the art of a perfectly crafted cocktail.

Mikas Kitchen was born from one belief: beautiful food is not reserved for restaurants. With the right knowledge and a little patience, anyone can create something extraordinary at home.
